Tell us what you need cleaned. We will schedule an onsite walkthrough and provide a personalized quote based on the condition of your home and the agreed scope of work. Any additional services will be discussed and assessed during the walkthrough.
Bathrooms
Clean sinks, countertops, toilets, tubs, showers and accessible mirrors in up to two bathrooms. More than two bathrooms will be assessed during the walkthrough.
Bedrooms & Living Areas
Light dusting of accessible furniture and surfaces.
Floors
Vacuum carpets, rugs and accessible floors. Mop hard floors.
Trash
Empty household trash cans. Customer must provide replacement trash bags.
Additional Services
Additional bathrooms, limited interior window cleaning and ceiling fans reachable up to 8 feet will be discussed and assessed during the walkthrough.

Payment policy: Electronic payment requests are sent 24 hours before scheduled service. Payment must be confirmed before cleaning begins. Cash payments are due upon arrival before service begins. If payment is not confirmed before the scheduled appointment, service may be delayed or rescheduled. Commercial payment terms, including corporate checks, are agreed upon in writing with the quote.
